Synopsis

As both the Dark and New Avengers are both lie disabled on the ground, the Hood's gang demand to Osborn that, in exchange for the power drainer, he gives them the same deal he had with the Hood. Also, they'll throw in the New Avengers as a bonus. Osborn asks for his armor back before agreeing, to which the Wrecker complies. Speaking to Jonas Harrow on his armor's HUD, he reluctantly closes the deal. He then orders Venom to eat Spider-Man. But then, Mockingbird comes crashing down with the Quinjet to evacuate her team. As they take off, Osborn tries to stop them but Spider-Man knocks him away. Then Hawkeye flies up, only to be hit by Captain America's shield. Once the Quinjet was out of range, Daken reveals to his teammates that he managed to get a scent to track them down.  In Bayamo, Cuba, the Hood is still holding the Norn Stones, unsure of what to do. Loki says that they will manifest their power according to his desires. Madame Masque, however, insists that he doesn't have to do this and asks if he's looking for money; he replies no and blows off a wall with a magically enhanced bullet.   The New Avengers bring in an aching Luke Cage to the Night Nurse, who is sympathetic to them and previously dated Doctor Strange. However, he is in cardiac arrest and his unbreakable skin is preventing her from helping him. The only way to save him is to find the person with the disruptor, who just happens to be Osborn, with his Avengers and H.A.M.M.E.R. surrounding the hospital. Cage makes a choice to get help from their most hated enemy, something that his wife would disagree with. As soon as he steps out, he collapses.
